Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date according to the item.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order may be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been more than 30 days since you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
